How do I view and order my child’s photos?
You will receive a private gallery link via email or access code provided by the daycare. Orders can be placed directly through the secure online gallery.

 
How long will the gallery be available?
Galleries are available for a limited time only. Please place your order before the gallery expiration date listed in your email. Expired galleries may not be reopened.

 
Can I request retouching or image changes?
All images are professionally edited in Swapna Fabbiano Photography’s signature style. Additional retouching or changes are not available for daycare sessions.

 
What if my child didn’t want to cooperate?
Children’s expressions and cooperation vary, especially in group or daycare settings. Blinking, expressions, or limited poses are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds.

 
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled due to the custom nature of photography products.

 
When will I receive my order?
Digital images are delivered electronically via download.
Printed products are produced by a professional lab and shipped directly to you. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product selected.

 
What if my print order arrives damaged?
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Swapna Fabbiano Photography within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement.

 
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the case of verified product defects.

 
Can I share my photos on social media?
Yes! You may share your images for personal use. Please do not apply filters, crop out branding, or alter the images.

 
Who owns the copyright to the photos?
All images remain the copyrighted property of Swapna Fabbiano Photography. Purchases include a personal use license only.
